GUANGZHOU, China | Our team recently visited our manufacturing partner’s warehouse in Guangzhou to better understand their production process and quality standards. We were impressed by the level of care put into material selection and the consistent workmanship across the facility.

Welltech Construction Pte Ltd

Following our trip from Guangzhou, our team was invited by Welltech Construction Pte Ltd. Welltech Construction who serves as the project manager for the site, shared insights into the use of prefabricated bathroom units (PBUs) and how off-site manufacturing can improve efficiency and consistency during construction.

China City Industrial Group (CCIG)

The team was then invited for a sit down with CCIG to explore their modular container home solutions. This session covered manufacturing capabilities and the potential uses of this homes which contributed to a broader understanding of modular and prefabricated construction methods.
