The collaboration also includes plans to develop future prefab housing projects for residential and commercial developments, ensuring high standards of design, compliance, and construction performance.

This partnership strengthens Enviromod’s presence in Australia and supports the company’s long-term vision of becoming a trusted provider of modern, premium and luxury sustainable prefab building solutions across the region. Project discussions are expected to progress in the coming months, with initial implementations targeted to begin in 2026.
